Garden House at 52 Yongfu Road 永福路52号花园住宅

永福路52号

This Spanish-style villa occupies the northwestern corner of Yongfu and West Fuxing roads. Its later use by film institutions connects the garden to Shanghai’s cinema history.

Five veranda arches, a pergola terrace, a taller gabled wing and textured pale walls frame the south-facing garden. The house is set back within its compound.

Liangyou Apartments 良友公寓

永福路68号;复兴西路91、93号

Liangyou occupies the southwest corner of the crossing. Its irregular plot shaped a wedge-like apartment building; later additions brought it from four storeys to six.

Pale vertical ribs emphasise the narrow corner between dark brick and large window grids. The longer facade follows the road behind the plane trees.

German Consul-General’s Residence 德国总领事官邸

永福路151号

German official material distinguishes the residence at No.151 from the consular offices at No.181. The historical garden house remains in diplomatic residential use.

The full facade is inside the garden compound. The building profile shows a genuine garden-side photograph; the street view does not assign a speculative footprint.
